This role offers a variety of responsibilities both finance and some general HR administration related.
It will require someone who has leadership skills, and can work both independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Ideally you will have experience of working on a cloud based accounting system such as Xero .
A finance qualification isn't required for this role but bookkeeping and financial management experience is as you will be responsible for maintaining financial processes and ensuring compliance with all relevant and new legislation including HMRC tax returns, VAT, PAYE and auto-enrolment and best practice.
Providing comprehensive monthly/quarterly and ad hoc financial information to the Managing Director & Leadership Team.
Outside of your finance role you will be supporting the MD & Operations Manager with general HR duties including supporting with recruitment of new colleagues, preparation of contracts and employment documentation, Holiday and Sickness calculations and supporting with staff documentation such as job descriptions and relevant information.
