Financial Controller (Part time 2-2.5 days per week)
Salary Equivalent £45-50k per annum
Our Client is a specialist branding agency that works with vibrant, ambitious and innovative brands.
They are now seeking an exceptional pro-active Financial Controller to join this growing organisation.
This will be a pivotal role that will require determination, passion, accuracy and dedication.
Working initially from home.
Responsibilities as Financial Controller will include:
Short, mid and long term financial planning (with Directors)
Management accounts preparation and reporting, P&L, Balance sheet, Performance dashboard, Performance narrative
Cash Flow projections and management
Credit control and payment management, Banking management and reconciliations
Transaction management, Invoicing, Purchase Management, Supplier management, Credit cards, Expenses management
Wider team support on Pipeline management, Project budget uploads, Project monitoring and reconciliations
Payroll processing
Statutory accounting, VAT, PAYE, Companies House returns
Accountant liaison (as required)
Financial Controller key Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
- An experienced Finance Administrator and or Controller with minimum 3 years experience
- Xero experienced
- Advanced Excel
- Know your way around Google Docs
- Strong time-management skills
- Experience in time related business models
