Financial Controller - Part-time

\nFINANCIAL CONTROLLER - PART-TIME\n\nBIRMINGHAM\n\nC\u00A340,000 PRO RATA\n\nThis Birmingham based established company is now looking for a part-time (3 days a week) Financial Controller.\n\nRole:\n\n- Manage the invoicing, internal payroll\n\n- Weekly fee report to MD vs Budget\n\n- Customer spend per department reports for Operations Board Meeting\n\n- Report generation on a weekly and ad hoc basis - on stats of margin analysis\n\n- Working with PO system\n\n- Temp invoices - data is exported from In Time system - ensuring numbers are correct and making payments\n\n- Issuing sales invoices\n\n- Managing and challenging credit notes - ensuring internal processes are met\n\n- Maintaining purchase ledger invoicing and ensuring payments are made to suppliers\n\n- Bank reconciliation for 2 bank accounts\n\n- Credit card reconciliation\n\n- Good Excel for report generation - Pivots, Vs, Graphs - data manipulation\n\n- Working out the commissions\/bonuses\n\n- Issuing payroll to employees and temps\n\n- Sage 50, Sage Payroll, In time\n\n- Possibly become a Manager for the credit controllers\/finance function\n\n- Ensuring that tax codes are correct for VAT purposes and ensuring double entry is correct to get the correct VAT Figure\n
