To mention just a few. We have helped organize some of the largest shots in London’s film history helping close Whitehall, Westminster Bridge and Piccadilly Circus from both Bond Villains, Alien invasions and zombie attacks. We are just as comfortable abroad as we are in our home city London, we have scouted and helped organise shots from the futuristic streets of Tokyo to the arid untouched Sahara Desert. Our commercials credits include Nike, Adidas, Land Rover, Mazda, Alfa Romeo, Coca-Cola, Sky, Kellogg’s, KFC, McDonald's, and Nokia. Our events credits include events for Suzuki, Orange, Nokia, and various Secret Cinemas over the years. We are very proud of our credits and the part we have played in their success.
A position has become vacant for a part-time Financial Controller, to assist with the crucial financial aspects of our operations. A work from home position with some site visits and client meetings.
We are seeking a flexible, driven and highly detail focused individual, with relevant experience, to help consolidate and drive our continued expansion.
You will assist in all financial aspects of the business and utilise exceptional organisational and numeracy skills, to help ensure the smooth running of the company, increase profits, while reducing financial risks.
Key responsibilities include verifying PAYE preparation, banking, updating xero, processing expenses, expenses claims, supplier payments, team pricing support, Investment research, raising invoices, purchase orders, VAT, establishing and implementing financial processes, a general numbers whizz to keep Location HQ ship shape.
This post will span ten days per calendar month, one week on, one week off.
You will have the opportunity to work in one of the most dynamic and exciting industries in the world, in an environment which feels like an extended family.
