Key Roles & Responsibilities
*Support the business to onboard new clients to the product
*Help the business with the BAU issues
*Work closely with the key stakeholders to ensure that requirements are in line with the Bank's strategy
*Ensure specified requirements and system changes/enhancements are aligned to the strategy
*Apply industry knowledge and experience and work with delivery teams to identify and recommend solutions for change
*Write detailed business requirements and functional specification documents that effectively articulate business requirements and proposed change
*Work with project stakeholders to gain agreement on the detailed requirements
*Work with the vendors (where applicable) and internal technology teams in facilitating the specifications work
*Provide liaison between the vendors (where applicable) and business users to support the development process
*Plan the required testing ensuring traceability between business requirements and test cases
*Undertake functional testing of the delivered functionality to ensure it meets the requirements and where required document issues and manage to resolution
*Provide specialist support to the business users during testing phases
Our Ideal Candidate
Qualifications & Skills
*Strong domain knowledge in FX
*Good working knowledge of FX systems/trade booking models
*Good working knowledge of front to back trade flow for FICC products, particularly FX
*Experience in the delivery of major projects/programs in the front office IT space
*Broad knowledge of banking products, including derivatives across multiple asset classes, risk management processes, settlements & client onboarding
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to create effective working relationships across functions & borders
*Ability to manage a diverse and challenging stakeholder community to deliver change across multiple functions
*Technology background (Understanding of the API's)
*Strong analytical and quantitative skills
