The product is offered to internal and external customers. The successful candidate would be an experienced Business Analyst with a strong track record in the delivery of complex projects with exposure to FICC systems, in particular, FX. The role is based in Singapore and will be closely working with Sales, FX traders, Risk, Operations, finance, and IT teams. The SCALE IT team is also directly responsible for the development & technical integration of SCALE (Standard Chartered Aggregated Liquidity Engine) with external and internal clients. The role will have direct internal & external client-facing engagement
*work with the SCALE Sales team to pitch the platform to clients / support the sales team to conduct required market/client research / demonstrate the product to the client (technical API demonstrations).
*Numerical analysis of customer data
*Understanding Local regulatory/compliance landscape and working with transaction banking to understand end-to-end capabilities that can be supported
*Help the sales team by Coordinating & managing the onboarding related activities by closely working with the client coverage and other internal teams to onboard client into various systems
*Support the sales team by responding to client queries
*Run regular project working groups
*Engage with key business and technology stakeholders for requirements and regular progress updates
*Support the project manager to deliver solutions to tight timescales
*Support the project manager from conception through to post-implementation review, ensuring all necessary governance steps are followed correctly and completely
*Follow the structured approach to program delivery enforced by the Project Manager
*Provide regular risk/issue updates to the Project Manager
*Follow best practice project management protocols


Key Roles & Responsibilities
*Support the business to onboard new clients to the product
*Help the business with the BAU issues
*Work closely with the key stakeholders to ensure that requirements are in line with the Bank's strategy
*Ensure specified requirements and system changes/enhancements are aligned to the strategy
*Apply industry knowledge and experience and work with delivery teams to identify and recommend solutions for change
*Write detailed business requirements and functional specification documents that effectively articulate business requirements and proposed change
*Work with project stakeholders to gain agreement on the detailed requirements
*Work with the vendors (where applicable) and internal technology teams in facilitating the specifications work
*Provide liaison between the vendors (where applicable) and business users to support the development process
*Plan the required testing ensuring traceability between business requirements and test cases
*Undertake functional testing of the delivered functionality to ensure it meets the requirements and where required document issues and manage to resolution
*Provide specialist support to the business users during testing phases
Our Ideal Candidate

Qualifications & Skills
*Strong domain knowledge in FX
*Good working knowledge of FX systems/trade booking models
*Good working knowledge of front to back trade flow for FICC products, particularly FX
*Experience in the delivery of major projects/programs in the front office IT space
*Broad knowledge of banking products, including derivatives across multiple asset classes, risk management processes, settlements & client onboarding
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to create effective working relationships across functions & borders
*Ability to manage a diverse and challenging stakeholder community to deliver change across multiple functions
*Technology background (Understanding of the API's)
*Strong analytical and quantitative skills
*Experience in project management

*Strong verbal and written communication skills
*Postgraduate degree or qualification(s) in a relevant subject
