  • Part-Time; 25 hours per week working 5 days per week; Monday - Friday
  • Salary £17,500 per annum (based on experience/skills)
  • A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Graphic Designer to join an established growing family-run business at Caring Homes who have been providing market leading care for nearly three decades. You will be part of our Design Studio within the marketing department, based in Colchester.

    You would be required to plan and implement a range of design tasks. Creating concepts and presenting ideas to internal clients on their briefs for Marketing, HR, Operations and Recruitment. 

    You’ll be able to work on a range of projects from flyers and posters to outdoor advertising and video. Previous experience working in a design studio is required, with knowledge of design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects or Premiere Pro.

    About you:

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • A good understanding of typography and layout
  • Demonstrated skills at working collaboratively with others to achieve desired results
  • Proven ability to creatively work with brand guidelines
  • Clear and effective communicator
  • The ability to read and interpret a brief, understand how to bring to life key messages
  • Experience setting up templates in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office
  • Pride in your work, with a keen eye for detail in every output
  • Hybrid Woking:  this role will be working 3 days in our Colchester Head Office, and 2 days working from home - so will need to be within each reach of our Head Office.
