Who will I be working for?

You will be working for an award winning, profit with purpose Certified B Corporation. As pioneers in their field, the business has experienced rapid growth and they are now seeking to appoint their first professional HR lead. This role will initially start from home, with flexibility to return to the office on a part office/part home basis when allowed.

What will I be doing?

Reporting directly to the senior management team this is a fantastic opportunity to lead on HR strategy. The ideal candidate must be hands-on and have a "get things done" attitude with a willingness to suggest new ideas and implement them.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work in close partnership with senior management to prepare and implement HR strategy
  • Lead on all recruitment including international recruitment and visa sponsorship
  • Liaise with team Directors to plan and organise the training and development plan for employees
  • Develop and maintain all HR policies, including mental health and wellbeing
  • Gather and evaluate market data to measure the organisation's competitiveness for salary reviews, compensation and benefits package
  • What skills and experience are required?:

  • Minimum 5 years HR experience
  • Proven HR generalist on both strategic and operational levels
  • Thorough, up to date knowledge of employment law
  • Experience of international recruitment and visa sponsorship
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
