Grade 7, from £45,259 to £53,355 per annum pro rata, inclusive of £3,223 London Weighting Allowance per annum pro rata.
We are recruiting to the part-time post of Head of Student Services (Frontline). The post-holder will work alongside a job-share partner who is already in post.
With significant experience of leading a frontline enquiry service or customer service team, the post-holder will co-lead the university’s frontline Student Services team in the delivery of an excellent, customer-focused student support service. Along with their job-share partner, the post-holder will take the strategic lead in developing and positioning the service as the face of enquiry management for the institution.
The role will require an innovative approach to enhancing customer services in an environment of increasing demand, an in-depth understanding of the changing Higher Education climate and best practice in the sector, as well as a drive to build a sector-leading service for students.
This post will be offered on a fixed-term contract until January 2020.
This is a part-time post - 60% full time equivalent.
