Healthcare Account Manager - Wessex - Up to £35,000 pro rata
Our fantastic hospital in Chandlers Ford has an opportunity for a Healthcare Account Manager to join our high performing Sales and Marketing Team.
What will you be doing in the role of Healthcare Account Manager?
The Healthcare Account Manager role will be pivotal within the hospital's Sales and Marketing Department. In this role you will be expected to be out in the field 50% of your time. The Healthcare Account Manager will report into the Sales & Marketing Manager (who is part of the hospital Senior Management Team) and will be also supported by the National Sales Manager.
As our Healthcare Account Manager you will:
Support & Develop a targeted growth referral strategy with revenue targets for selected specialties and consultants which incorporates key audiences such as primary care, physiotherapists, local businesses and other target audiences
Develop key internal relationships to support the growth of the specialty and design and oversea an MDT approach in day to day delivery
Identify new business and services to support the growth of the specialty plan
Actively network with other departments and consultants within the hospital to meet the needs of the referral audience
Organise, market and deliver events using most up to date methods of attraction to be number 1 choice in the market place for CPD education
What are we looking for in our next Healthcare Account Manager?
A proven track record of Sales, Business Development/ GP Liaison in an NHS/ Private setting
Ability to influence diverse sets of audiences
Strong prioritisation and time-management skills
Proven experience of presenting to groups
Proven experience of designing, organising and delivering delegate events
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Full UK driving licence
Previous experience in a private hospital setting
An understanding of the private healthcare sector and credible with senior healthcare professionals as well as corporate clients

Salary - Up to£35,000 pro rata, per annum (depending on experience)

Contract/Hours - Permanent, Part-time, 30 hours per week
