The following permanent opportunity is available for two technology returners who have been on a career break of 18+ months from the time of application. You will be supported during your return with three individual coaching sessions with Inclusivity and a personalised training session to help you plan your successful re-entry.

Desktop Support / Workspace Engineer x 2 - London
This is an opportunity for you to manage a diverse set of activities. Full training will be given however your self-starter attitude and curious nature will ensure you get up to speed as soon as possible. 
•       The receipt of incoming service requests through various communication channels
•       The prioritization of support calls based upon business impact
•       The resolution of support calls either via the telephone using remote tools or on-site desktop visit to an acceptable standard and within a suitable timeframe
•       Provide Front and Back Office system technical support for trading floor and support function applications including all Reuters products, Bloomberg products, Tradeweb and ICAP apps
•       Setting realistic expectations for service delivery, communicating frequently with customers and providing technical expertise as required
•       Offer 3rd level support for in depth fault analysis resulting in direct technical dialogue with internal application developers, support functions and external vendors
The team work a flexible 8 hour shift, with shifts rostered between 7am to 7pm. After initial training and knowledge acquisition has been completed you will then be able to work from home on a flexible basis. TD Securities is open to considering applicants on a full-time basis and also 4 days a week basis. 
The ideal returners will have previous experience in desktop support, with any trade floor experience a plus. In the past you will have strong knowledge of computer hardware, including laptops, desktops and mobile devices and enterprise desktop applications. Knowledge of  MS Office & Microsoft Windows is required.

The opportunity is available on a 5 day a week basis and the client is willing to consider 4 day a week applications.
