The role:

To support the phenomenal growth of Ideagen, we are now looking to recruit an HR Administrator who will be at the heart of the people and culture team. This role is key to the growth plan for Ideagen and you will be working in an ever-changing environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • To deliver excellent customer service to the business, ensuring a right first-time approach

  • To provide support to the People team with day to day administration.

  • Maintain accurate employee records in personnel files and within the HR System.

  • Help and assist employees and line managers with general queries and escalate to the Group HR & Payroll Manager when appropriate.

  • Process new starters and leavers, sending appropriate documentation and recording electronically on the HR System.

  • Accurately calculate annual leave entitlements for new starters and leavers

  • Process changes to Terms & Conditions and issue documentation to employees as appropriate

  • Processing maternity/paternity letters

  • Collate and monitor risk assessments for homeworkers, pregnant employees and any adhoc risk assessments where needed.

  • Draft and produce standard letters (e.g resignation acknowledgments, exit interview confirmation and reference requests).

  • Create personnel files, keeping accurate file notes, correspondence, and records.

  • Produce reports and analytics from the HR system.

  • To build positive and effective relationships with the wider business.
