Are you a HR professional seeking an immediate opportunity? Do you have the ability to commit with immediate effect? Have you previously managed a large volume employee relations case load? Would you like the opportunity to work flexibility? This immediate 3 month temporary contract is operating at Band 5 level within the NHS, supporting the every growing demand in the midst of the pandemic.
Your new role
This opportunity will be responsible for the delivery of a pro-active effective and high quality human resources service to the Divisional Managers, Medical Managers and employees, which is responsive to the needs of the organisation.
The post holder will be responsible for delivering operational HR, ensuring the provision is efficient, effective and business focused within recognised external and internal standards. You will ensure the service can meet the evolving standards.
You will support HR colleagues to develop the people management capability of line managers, equipping them with the knowledge and the skills to handle staff capabilities.
You will manage a specific case with a complex nature including disciplinary, grievance and resolving cases using internal process and external legal practices.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous employee relations experience, specifically in volume case management and ideally within a larger, multi layered business.
Minimum CIPD level 5 or 4 years HR Advisory experience
Previous public sector knowledge would be advantageous
