HR Advisor- Part-time

\nALS Recruitment are working with a growing insurance business based in Braintree who are looking to take the next step and get in someone to shape their HR function! As the HR Advisor, you'll be responsible for the implementation of all HR processes and procedures, anything from onboarding to contract reviews and much more!\n\nThe organisation are growing, and although being able to deal with all HR responsibilities themselves until now, they have decided it's time to get someone in to take ownership of this area.\n\nSo, if you are a HR practitioner and you'd love to get your teeth sunk into a business that needs a HR function then this could be the role for you!\n\nWant to know something even more exciting, it's a part-time role considering hours & days to suit the perfect person!\n\nExperience\n\n\u00B7 CIPD Qualified, full or partial\n\n\u00B7 Experience in developing HR processes and procedures in all areas\n\n\u00B7 Contract awareness\n\n\u00B7 Experience in implementing HR best practice\n\n\u00B7 Understanding of the employee lifecycle\n
