My client, a successful and well-established organisation based in the Ipswich region is currently seeking a Part Time HR Co-Ordinator / Advisor to join their company on a permanent basis.This role would suit someone looking to work 3 days per week, averaging approx 25-30 hours.Your role would consist of a variety of HR-related tasks including, but not limited to; * Maintain HR Database of all employees and keep emergency numbers updated. * Maintain soft and hard copies of all Personnel records. * Co-ordinate Staff reviews * Maintain training records of Support and Technical Staff * Provide focal point for initiation of Grievance and Disciplinary procedures involving Staff. * Co-ordinate new starters and leavers including inductions and leaving interview. * Keep record of staff payroll adjustments. * Liaising with staff on HR matters affecting health and wellbeing. * Liaising with agencies and providing job descriptions for vacancies. * Liaising with Personnel, Planners, Heads of Department on absence reporting. * Where appropriate liaise with MD/GM on any harassment or bullying. * Liaising with GM on sick, parental and bereavement leave. * All other duties commensurate to the roleIf this position sounds like it could be of interest then please call or submit your CV so that we can discuss in more detail
