HR Advisor - Part Time

We are flexible on number of days worked and specific hours. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated professional to join the site HR team. Primarily advising on a variety of ER and generalist matters, this role will be pivotal to the functioning of the site on a week to week basis and supporting the site's People Plan. The main tasks will include: Advising and coaching line managers on ER related matters Managing long term sick and absence related issues Working with the Time and Attendance systems clearing exceptions. Holding HR surgeries Running workshops as and when required i.e. attendance management/ disciplinary and grievance Promoting engagement activities and supporting in making our site a great place to workPerson Specification: Previous HR generalist experience Previous experience of logistics desirable CIPD level 5 ideally but not essential Handled large amounts of case load absence management disciplinary and grievance processes Experience with TA systems Experience handling payroll queries Ability to deliver training
