Supporting the HR Manager, you will assist in the provision of generalist advice to colleagues, covering all HR matters. To include; inductions, absence management, flexible working, maternity, organisational change and disciplinary.
You will also manage all recruitment into the business and support learning & development initiatives for staff, in particular, managing the trainee development programme.
Suitable applicants will ideally be studying towards (or keen to start) CIPD level 5 or above (full study support provided) and possess experience of working in a similarly demanding role - offering particularly strong employee relations, recruitment and/or learning and development skills.
You will be hands on with administration, great with systems, able to manage conflicting priorities effectively, present information clearly, concisely and in a logical manner and be flexible to meet the demands of the business. A professional demeanour, strong communication skills and a good sense of humour are all pre-requisites!
This organisation is succession planning and as a result, able to offer scope for progression if desired!
