HR ADVISOR - PART-TIME A rare opportunity has arisen to join a growing SME as an HR Advisor on a part-time basis. The HR Advisor will report into the Directors of the business implementing HR strategy, providing generalist support across the business and delivering advice throughout the full employee lifecycle. The role would suit an HR generalist who has experience working in an SME environment. Please note, the role will be home based with flexibility required to work from the office in Pontefract when required. PERSON SPECIFICATION Demonstrable HR generalist experience gained preferably within an SME environment CIPD Level 3 or above preferred Strong communication and relationship building skills Sound knowledge and experience of implementing and managing HR policy and procedures ensuring that these are in line with current legislation Ability to work across the business and provide full generalist HR advice, support and guidance to line Managers Ability to review and implement HR systems to monitor key metrics e.g. sickness / absence, staff retention, recruitment etc. Strong administrative and time management skills Good level of IT literacy Pro-active approach and solutions orientated Calm nature with the ability to positively influence others Professional and respects confidentiality Flexible and adaptable to change Full UK driving Licence JS Recruitment UK Ltd acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
