A super opportunity has arisen for a part time HR Advisor to work for a long standing charity in the New Forest. With a headcount of around 150 you will be responsible for all generalist HR activities as well as supporting hiring managers with recruitment.
You will be responsible for providing professional and efficient Human Resources advice, guidance and administration to the Charity, whilst providing HR support to managers and supervisors on all aspects of day to day HR queries; leading the recruitment process and maintaining HR administration and creating new documents and procedures and ensuring GDPR compliance. Using your own initiative you will take control and make decisions to resolve any problems that may arise.

This role requires an independent self-starter with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a HR generalist and Recruitment function.
Salary: £23,000 pro rata - £18,400
Hours: 32 hours per week over 4 or 5 days
Holiday entitlement: 20 days plus bank holidays
