Overview

Kingsley Consulting is assisting a Manufacturing Client Partner with a Part-Time HR Advisor vacancy. The role is a permanent position, operating on a 30hr week contract.

Remuneration: £24,500 + Benefits

Hours: Mon-Friday (either 11am -5pm or 10am – 4pm). This role will also offer home working capability (1-2 days per week)

Location: Milton Keynes

The Role:

The role will be working within the established HR Function, and to provide HR (Generalist) support to business group Line Managers/Directors across all business functions. The role is a newly created position which will operate similarly to a Shared Services function to provide support remotely to Depot/Plant and Facilities within the UK. The position is 50% HR Functional Support/ 50% Admin in terms of split.

The Person

  • Solid HR Advisor experience (or higher) with strong knowledge of all current employment law and legislation.
  • Ability to work at speed, managing multiple ER caseloads
  • Strong communication skills to be able to communicate information clearly and effectively to all levels of the business.
  • Desirable experience gained in a HR Shared Service role would be beneficial, but not essential.
  • Favorable experience gained in either Manufacturing/Engineering or similar sector.
