Kingsley Consulting is assisting a Manufacturing Client Partner with a Part-Time HR Advisor vacancy. The role is a permanent position, operating on a 30hr week contract.
Remuneration: £24,500 + Benefits
Hours: Mon-Friday (either 11am -5pm or 10am – 4pm). This role will also offer home working capability (1-2 days per week)
Location: Milton Keynes
The role will be working within the established HR Function, and to provide HR (Generalist) support to business group Line Managers/Directors across all business functions. The role is a newly created position which will operate similarly to a Shared Services function to provide support remotely to Depot/Plant and Facilities within the UK. The position is 50% HR Functional Support/ 50% Admin in terms of split.
