This is a newly created role for a HR Business Partner who is passionate, and highly experienced, in creating performance management structures. Reporting to a highly experienced HR Director, and working in a small team, your key responsibilities will be:
- Creating and implementing an innovative performance management system. This will involve working closely with line managers to understand employee role descriptions, reviewing job design and evaluation, and then rolling out a new performance management system.
- supporting the HR Director on HR generalist matters such as rercruitment, business change and employee engagement, contract management, and HR business partnering.
The ideal candidate must have a broad background, but with very strong experience in creating and implementing performance management structures. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders is also crucial.
The business has grown over 5 years to 150 staff members and has very fast paced growth plans for the next 5 years, so an eagerness to work in a growing company where you can make an impact is necessary.
