We are looking for an HR Consultant to join our team of HR professionals providing bespoke HR support to a wide range of companies across a variety of industries. The role will require you to work in both London and Oxford.
You will manage all aspects of our clients HR, providing both operational & strategic advice and support.
For some clients, you will be in a stand alone HR role providing onsite HR support in everything from HR administration, guidance on managing people issues and devising and implementing an appropriate people strategy. We work with clients from start up phase to well established firms and we tailor our offering to each client’s needs.
Given the variety within the role and you will likely have at least 10 years experience in an HR generalist role, ideally with sometime spent in a stand alone HR role. Previous experience in managing redundancy and TUPE programmes along with tier 2 visa applications is an advantage. You will need to have the ability to work independently in a fast paced role, juggling a number of priorities and stakeholders.
