innocent started with a simple mission: to make drinks that make it easy to do yourself some good. In 1999 we concocted a few smoothies in our kitchen and tested them on people at a music festival; today we’re blending every type of fruit & veg under the sun and selling drinks right across Europe. We have great ambitions: to show the world that you can build a successful business that cares about more than just profit, and to leave things better than we find them. We’re proud to call ourselves Europe’s favourite little healthy drinks company, but we’re still growing. And that means we need more brilliant people who share our ambition, to join in with the next, most exciting, part of our story.

what you'll be doing

At innocent, we’ve always believed that it’s people that make the world go round.  However, we also realise that data has a pretty important role to play as well, and so we’re looking for a Data & System Analyst to join our People team (our version of HR) to look after, and make sense of all our data.

You'll be the owner of our HR data, ensuring that it's trustworthy and accurate, and using it to provide insight to support our decision making and to ensure great quality people operations.  You will be the system administrator for our HR system, working closely with the system provider and account manager, ensuring upgrade releases are implemented without a hitch, setting up new processes and countries, and ensuring our existing ones are running perfectly.  Finally, you will work closely with the Reward, Benefits and New Market Manager to ensure our benefits are administered and renewed and the end of year reward process runs like clockwork.

you'll have

    •    analytical and numerical skills

    •    expertise in MS Excel with an ability to draw insight from data and present it in an engaging way

    •    a whizz with systems and software, with experience of working to improve systems and business process.

Of course, it goes without saying that to work in our People Team you’ll need to be trustworthy and credible, and have a natural and human approach to the way you work – but we’re going to say it anyway.

If you do have some experience in working with people or compensation data, that would be wonderful.  However, you might equally have honed your analytical skills in a different area and be ready to apply them to a new challenge.

you'll get

    •    The opportunity to shape how we use our data to drive change in the business

    •    To take our HR system to the next level

    •    To learn all about the world of HR.

In return for everything you can bring, we can offer you an exciting, challenging role in a fast-growing and dynamic business, with plenty of career opportunities in the UK and across Europe as well as a competitive rewards package.  We also have some great clubs, a free breakfast and as many smoothies as you can shake a stick at. Take a look at our reward page for more details.

If you think you have everything we're looking for and more, then we'd love to hear from you.

You'll need to get your skates on though, as applications close soon.

Dolly Parton may have worked Nine to Five but you don't have to.  We're all about being healthy and happy here at innocent so we're open to a chat about flexible working. No promises, but we reckon that if it's good for you, then it's good for us.
