Part time HR Manager (15-25 hours), London. £45,000 - £50,000 FTE
An independent creative business in the West End, London, has a newly created permanent job vacancy for a part time HR Manager after a period of growth. This is rare opportunity to shape and take ownership for all HR end-to-end processes, and will be a stand-alone position.Reporting to the MD and with a dotted line to finance, you will create, own, and drive all areas of HR including, but not limited to recruitment, performance, development, employee relations, strategic headcount planning, and rewards & recognition. The role is part time, 2-3 days per week which equates to 15-25 hours, and there is flexibility around what you need as a working pattern. The successful candidate will have experience in a stand-alone HR Manager role, ideally in a creative environment, although this isn’t essential. You’ll have a pro-active, friendly manner and be able to build rapport with employees at all levels to build an effective HR function.
