HR Manager (Full or Part time - 3 days a week minimum)

Salary: Competitive

Hours of work: Full time or part-time - minimum of 3 days per week. If working 3 days then these need to be office based. If full time then our client is happy with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

This role will be best suited to an accomplished HR generalist who is looking for a new challenge, where you will support with global HR functions. Duties & Responsibilities of the HR Manager

  • Leading the organisation’s People function including learning and development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, talent management, HR information systems and financial planning
  • Maximising an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment and business performance
  • Leading on HR initiatives and having awareness of local labour laws
  • Contributing to long-term goals around business and people development
  • Developing company wellbeing policies, and leading the analysis of employee feedback and data with the aim of creating a better working environment
  • Driving and identifying activities to enhance the company’s culture
  • Management of policies and procedures, and ensuring employees are trained appropriately
  • Managing and delivering management information reports and data when required
