HR Manager - Part Time

Our client is a leading organisation who have seen considerable change over recent years and are about to embark on a period of significant change to establish a firm foundation for the future. With this in mind, the are seeking to appoint a proactive, engaging and driven HR professional to join their team on a temporary contract working 2-3 days a week.

This role will work closely with the HR Director, and key priorities will include a review and harmonisation of terms and conditions, salary benchmarking and the creation of new salary scales, organisational design and structure, as well as reviewing key HR policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will be an experienced HR Manager, with a strong generalist background but who has delivered on significant change projects. You will be able to support both with strategy and planning as well as operationally.

With excellent interpersonal skills, you will demonstrate the ability to build relationships and credibility across the business and with key stakeholders as well as being a strong team player who is committed to working collaboratively and contributing to the overall success of the HR team.

It is envisage this role will commence from March 2021
