HR Manager (part time)

CMA HR Division are currently assisting a growing organisation based on the outskirts of Winchester, Hampshire to recruit a part-time HR Manager on a permanent basis c20hrs per week.

Reporting to the Finance Director this role will support the organisation on HR related matters both operational and strategic.

What will the role involve?

  • Work closely with department managers and senior managers to support and advise on all employee issues including capability, disciplinary, absence management, etc.;
  • Review and develop policies and procedures, ensuring they meet legal requirements;
  • Recruitment - managing all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle from start to finish;
  • Undertake all HR administration, assisting with payroll when required;
  • Training and development - in line with the needs of the business and management requirements.
  • Suitable Candidate:

  • Ideally CIPD qualified;
  • Experience of working in a generalist HR role in a small to medium size business;
  • Proactive attitude and approach.
