HR Manager - Part Time
Permanent role
£30,000 - £35,000 + benefits pro rata
Hours of work: 14 hours per week, ideally over 2 /3 days but this is flexible

Our client, an established organisation based in Coventry, is looking to recruit a permanent HR Manager - Part Time, to work directly with the CEO & wider Senior Management Team within a growing and developing business on a part time basis.

The role will focus primarily on the HR strategy & process within a growing SME!

Duties of the HR Manager - Part Time will include:
* Responsible for all day to day people management, the employee benefits, HR system and working with the current outsource provider as required
* Assisting with the recruitment strategy by building a recruitment plan, and developing an interview sheet to accommodate core competence and values assessment questions
* Reviewing Employee contracts and the Employee Handbook, in partnership with HR advice service provider
* Responsible for reviewing all core people policies with HR advice service provider including ER etc. Ensuring the SMT are aware of all applicable policies
* Responsible for the onboarding, offboarding and probation approach of the business
* Maintaining oversight of quarterly performance reviews to ensure these are taking place with employees, working with Managers to ensure these reviews link to the reward strategy of the organisation
* Ensuring all teams have a development programme in place, and working to propose a development programme for senior management

Skills required of the HR Manager - Part Time will include:
* Experience as an efficient and comprehensive HR Manager ideally within a small / medium business with experience of working with an outsource provider / making decisions in a growing business
* Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders and manage expectations, across various levels
* Happy to work flexibly part time to suit the business when required
