With modern offices in the Durham area, this organisation is currently growing, with headcount expected to increase by 50% in the next 12-18 months.
This is a newly created role as HR Manager and will be operate on a part time basis. Reporting into the CEO, the HR Manager will support the Senior Leadership and Management teams with all People related activities.
There is a real focus on employee engagement and inclusivity - the HR Manager will introduce and roll out new engagement initiatives ensuring all employees feel valued and part of the exciting journey that this organisation is experiencing.
The culture of the organisation is central to their success; the HR Manager will ensure the culture is inclusive and embedded across all areas of the organisation no matter where in the UK the colleagues are based.
As an experienced HR leader, you will bring experience ideally within Software/Tech/Scientific sectors, will have led on culture programmes and have a passion for engagement and inclusion.
The part time hours for this role are to be flexible around the successful candidate’s preferences, they operate a hybrid home/office working model but again this can be flexible to suit.
In return there is a salary of up to c £55,000 FTE along with a suite of flexible benefits including pension and life insurance.
