My client is a leading law firm in Newcastle city centre.
 

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Manager to join a busy and highly regarded law firm. This is a new opportunity that will help refine and modernise the HR function. This is a stand-role with broad ranging responsibilities that include:

  • Management of the recruitment process
  • Managing Induction and Onboarding
  • Employee Engagement and Wellbeing initiatives
  • Employee Relations
  • Review of policies and procedures
  • Change implementation
  • The Person

    This is a unique and exciting opportunity for an individual seeking to work on a part time basis – 3 or 4 days p/w. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a stand alone role and have experience of driving change.
