HR Manager - Part Time

HR Manager (part time) is required for leading technology company who have developed pioneering technical products and software which enable its customers around the World to reduce crime, save money and protect lives. With presence in over 40 countries worldwide this is an exciting time to join the company as they execute further plans for market share growth internationally.\n\nThe successful HR Manager will work 25 hours per week \u2013 ideally 5 hours 5 days per week.\u00A0 In reward you will be paid a salary of \u00A340,000 - \u00A345,000 p.a. (\u00A360,000 - \u00A365,000 p.a. pro rata \/ full time equivalent). We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage all provide a professional HR and People Management service to all staff (c.\n\n60 UK based), ensuring processes are in place to ensure legal compliance and risk management. Based in the UK head office just outside of Kingston-upon-Thames office with flexibility to work from home.\n\nThe successful HR Manager MUST:Have extensive employment relations experience;\nExperience of overseeing and approving payroll;\nBe CIPD qualified to level 5 or above;\nBe confident in your ability and HR knowledge with the ability to influence others;\nHave excellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nHR Manager duties include:Provide HR guidance and advice to employees and senior management team;\nManage the recruitment needs for the business globallyManagement of all aspects of HR legislation, ensuring HR policies are up to date;\nOnboarding of staff globally;\nManagement o the annual performance management process;\nSupport and coach managers with day to day people issues and be the escalation point for complex ER issues;\nOversee Health and Safety;\nIdentify and recommend training and development initiatives.\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company who has gone from strength to strength so to be considered for the role if you have the above experience then please apply via the job board for consideration
