HR Manager part time

\nCMA HR Division are currently assisting a growing organisation based on the outskirts of Winchester, Hampshire to recruit a part-time HR Manager on a permanent basis c20hrs per week.\n\nReporting to the Finance Director this role will support the organisation on HR related matters both operational and strategic.\n\nWhat will the role involve?\n\nWork closely with department managers and senior managers to support and advise on all employee issues including capability, disciplinary, absence management, etc.;\nReview and develop policies and procedures, ensuring they meet legal requirements;\nRecruitment - managing all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle from start to finish;\nUndertake all HR administration, assisting with payroll when required;\nTraining and development - in line with the needs of the business and management requirements. \nSuitable Candidate:\n\nIdeally CIPD qualified;\nExperience of working in a generalist HR role in a small to medium size business;\nProactive attitude and approach. \nAdditional benefits and information: \n\nHybrid working offered - home and office based;\nFantastic time to join an organisation and build the department. \nCMA Recruitment Group is acting as a recruitment agency in relation to this role.
