    • A fast growing tech firm are seeking a HR Manager to cover a 12 month maternity leave period on a part time basis. This role will support the SLT and ExCo with a number of projects as well as providing coaching and mentoring for the HR team.

    You will partner with the leadership team to deliver the HR strategy, supporting the business through periods of change from a HR perspective. This could include:

  • Restructuring/ org design
  • Reward and benefits
  • Leading on complex ER cases
  • Management of a small people team

    • Your profile:

  • You will come from a strong HR management background and have experience leading HR projects and managing a team
  • Previous experience working within a small/ medium business going through change/ growth
  • Ideally you will be CIPD Level 7 or degree qualified
