My client in dedicated to taking a stand and tackling climate change and encourages business and people like me and you to take full responsibility for our carbon footprint. This is an exciting new role in the business and the first HR appointment in the organisation.
In this role you will take lead on all recruitment and HR practices and the business continues to grow.
The role will report directly to the Senior Management Team and will be based in the company's new Oxford Offices. Candidate Requirements: Proven HR generalist on both strategic and operational levels.
Thorough, up to date knowledge of employment law.
Experience in international recruitment and visa sponsorship Ability to work autonomously.
A proactive, get things done attitude – the ideal candidate will proactively seek out opportunities to continuously improve HR processes.
High standards of delivery and a strong work ethic Strong character and personable – excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build close internal relationships with Directors and individual team members are essential for the success of this role.
