We require an experienced HR generalist, who can manage and deliver a robust HR service to a diverse employee population of c50 people. You will manage day to day HR operations, providing advice and guidance on; employee relations, training & development, recruitment, systems & reporting, Engagement and various ad-hoc projects.
Suitable applicants will possess solid employment law knowledge, strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to bring new ideas and innovation. You will be commercially astute, hands on (with a no job too small attitude) and flexibility to meet the demands of the business.
