The organisation has identified opportunities for significant business growth and is looking to augment the leadership team with the appointment of a people focused and commercially astute HRBP. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to deliver meaningful change and make a real impact in a scaling environment. This is a stand-alone role and you must be savvy and strategic enough to advise and challenge the Senior Leadership Team.You will act as a true partner to the business, responsible for providing a comprehensive HR service on both an operational and strategic level. You will ensure that the people agenda drives a high-performance culture and nurtures the agility required for growth. This includes full employee lifecycle management from talent acquisition, talent retention and succession planning, employee relations to operational HR and employee engagement. You will have the ability to motivate others and influence work behaviours, managing the balance between a commercial and employee focused approach.If you have a solid background as a HR generalist and are already operating in a similar role, or if you are looking to progress your HR career with responsibility for more strategic direction, this may be for you.Main responsibilities:Delivering strategic HR to support the achievement of business goals and objectives working collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team.Provide an excellent operational HR service that supports the core valuesDevelop the credibility to implement key initiatives to support growthManage and drive continuous improvements against key HR metrics including staff turnover, absence, and employee engagementIdentify underlying causes for poor performance and offer solutions to assist the business to improve.
