An established global IT Software company within the Pharma sector is looking to recruit a HR Manager on a Part time basis. Reporting to Finance Manager, the role will be responsible for delivering all people-related processes, vision and strategy across the company, aligned with the law and the company security accreditations.
The ideal candidate must have a good attention to detail and be highly organised. Responsible for employee (and contractor) personal information, ensuring the company complies with GDPR and ISO27001.
The role will be home based and will be expected to work 25-30 hours per week over 5 days. Hours may increase depending on the needs of the business. The salary offered is £40,000 - £50,000 pro rata depending on experience. Administration of employee-related paperwork, such as employment contracts and new starter packs. With entities in USA, Japan, UK, Netherlands and Poland, researching and ensuring the company complies with local employment laws, and ensuring all contracts are up to date. Leading new starter company inductions. Handling employment relations issues such as grievances and employee welfare. Help leading the recruitment process, including initial selection and interviewing of candidates. Collaborating with other managers in the business, to ensure the smooth running of the company from a people perspective. Overseeing staff attendance and absence monitoring, and holiday Overseeing training and development of employees. Handling highly confidential information in an honest and trustworthy way. Management of our homeworking policy including asset management. Ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to
Skills and Experience needed An experienced HR Manager / Officer who has worked in a standalone role Analytical, thorough with good attention to detail. CIPD qualified or working towards qualification Confidant a good communicator International experience advantageous, able to talk to legal contacts to ensure best policy
