Gymshark HQ is based in Solihull, however this role can be both flexible & remote. There will be an expectation (post-Covid, government guidelines dependant) for the successful candidate to also be flexible and be open to coming into the HQ once/twice a week.

Are you our next HR Systems and Data Manager? We’re looking for someone to join our People team, to implement new systems, continuously improve the current systems and manage the data analysis within the team. We are looking for someone who knows how to create, edit and write workflows in the systems themselves. You will be responsible for working with the global team and lead the HR Systems and Data agenda. The current systems of focus are: HRIS (Sage People), ATS, LMS (Hownow), Openblend, Spoke and Officevibe.

What you'll be doing:

You will lead the HR Systems and Data Analysis team and agenda for Gymshark and be accountable for the development, improvement and delivery of the polices, processes, programmes and initiatives. You will have full people management responsibility and coach, educate and up skill other members of the wider people team and business regarding systems and data.  In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation, configuration and maintenance of the various systems. Lead role in the on-going continuous improvement of systems and data analysis and contribute to all relevant projects which may require system or data input. You will drive efficiencies within the systems and data analysis remit ensuring optimal solutions are market appropriate, compliant and business focused. 

  • Accountable for vendor relationships and any tender exercises  

  • Review the existing systems and data analysis processes, policies and practices and make recommendations for improvement

  • Responsible for capturing stakeholders’ requirements and scoping out projects including but not limited to new system implementations, process automation projects, feature requests and feature enhancements

  • Engage in process and data mapping sessions with the stakeholders 

  • Responsible for ensuring we have accurate and compliant GDPR data and processes

You'll be type of person who:

  • Has systems and data analysis professional background with advanced knowledge, experience and education

  • Has previously built out a systems and data team from scratch 

  • Can translate tech language into plain English 

  • Is experienced in managing people systems and people data is essential

  • Has strong experience of managing people, projects, process and key stakeholders

  • Is a strong communicator with the ability to articulate complex topics both verbally and in writing to a variety of audiences  

  • Is accurate, analytical and approachable with creative mindset  

  • Has experience leading, managing and coaching others  

  • Has experience in a fast-paced working environment with the ability to respond to change
