Human Resources are looking for a HR System & MI Analyst experienced in using the HR and Payroll system iTrent. Working in a small systems team you will be supporting the Senior HR Systems & MI Analyst deliver working platforms for internal users.
The Analyst will be responsible for day to day business as usual activities. Supporting wider HR, payroll and business users with various needs, you will be providing guidance to end users as well as training or support when required.
As a HR Systems & MI Analyst you will ideally have expert knowledge of iTrents core HR modules as well as a good practical understanding of security, ESS, automation and system configuration within iTrent. You will be the go-to for first and second line support where you will have experience in handling end to end resolutions, this may involve raising support requests via our third party portal.
The Analyst can expect to perform routine system maintenance and housekeeping, data integrity checks and corrections where needed. Provide support for our ATS and our recently deployed document management solution.
The Analyst will be required to produce and provide monthly HR KPI data as well as adhoc reports using iTrent and Business Objects. Sound knowledge and application of MS Office packages as well as experience of reporting writing with Business Objects is also required. The proficient use of Sharepoint and other MS office 365 is desirable.
Ideally the Analyst will have already been exposed to system administration functions of iTrent. However experience with other similar HR & payroll platforms will be considered.
