Human Resources Manager

Our client exists to create impactful results for its partners across the digital space. They connect brands, artists and audiences through the convergence of digital media, from music and entertainment to lifestyle and technology. Their network is highly experienced and extends globally with bases in London, New York, LA and Nashville to provide a fully integrated digital service. 

They are looking for a part time HR manager who can support the needs of their fast growing global agency. The role involves working closely with the UK and US teams with all elements of resource management from recruitment to policies and performance management. It is antipicated that this will be a 2 day per week role.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with recruitment including collating candidate lists, managing assessments and guiding the process from interview through to contract
  • Assisting in writing job descriptions to attract the highest quality candidates and ensuring these are posted and shared more widely as relevant
  • Managing performance review process for employees
  • Developing and implementing new processes to help the organisation offer a better workplace for staff
  • HR policy management
  • New employee onboarding
  • Overseeing compliance requirements
  • Following up on performance concerns and disciplinary action with staff members
  • Generating reports and data to quantify performance and skills
  • Working closely with department heads on the employee training programme
  • Overseeing monthly payroll and pension
  • Managing relationships with university partners and intern schemes

Skillset

Candidates will have experience in HR and must be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Highly organised and professional with rigorous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong team player with excellent people skills
  • Knowledge of HR legislation
  • Resourceful with the ability to work autonomously
