Head of HR / HR Director

Our client, a successful and exciting tech scale up, is recruiting a head of HR. Based in Central London, you will work closely with the CEO and the leadership team on a range of key strategic issues. These include:            

  • Creating the business’ overarching HR framework

    • legal framework

    • creating a safe and inclusive environment for employee

    • formalise approach to productivity, feedback and people development

  • Staff Training

  • Roll out of behaviours and culture

  • Organisational design / succession planning

  • International expansion (US)

You will be a senior HR generalist ideally with experience in fast growing businesses as well as experience in larger blue chip organisations
It would also be useful to have experience in a tech or tech related business
An agile, innovative and commercial approach to HR
In essence a ‘leading light’ the senior management team can rely on a critical point in their growth. They are prepared to offer substantial flexibility - possibly 3 days per week or compressed hours over 4/5 days. Remote working also possible. Salary c. £100-£150k FTE + options
