We have an opportunity for a permanent Inclusion & Diversity Manager join our Human Resources team on a part time basis. You will report into the Head of HR and be responsible for the design, implementation and review of the TMK Inclusion & Diversity strategy, providing expert advice, insight and thought leadership on I&D themes, initiatives and measures as well as playing a key role in embedding a safe, open, empowering and inclusive environment for all of our people.
This role includes responsibility for the project management of I&D initiatives, measuring outcomes and ensuring effective communication, chairing the Steering Group effectively, ensuring that the group fulfils its objectives and membership remains active and appropriate as well as partnering effectively with external organisations to support our I&D strategy and embed an inclusive culture.
The successful candidate will demonstrate resourcefulness and purpose in pursuit of the best outcomes for the business, personal credibility in delivering professionalism through their expertise. They will also work in collaboration with a range of people in the business as well as being able to confidently challenge others and seek opportunities to evolve the strategy.
