For Individual Giving the new strategy will mean an increased focus on new product development and creative approaches which do not reinforce negative stereotypes about the people who CARE serves. As Individual Giving Executive you will be joining the team at a key moment and your work will be vital to successfully implementing and delivering this new strategy.
You are an ambitious, confident individual giving fundraiser who believes that there are changes that need to be made in the sector. You have the energy, commitment and discipline to be part of a team dedicated to achieving this.
You will enjoy working across the fundraising mix and a range of channels. You are willing to get stuck in to ensure our work is effective and compelling; you are as happy diving into a results spreadsheet as you are writing email copy.
About the role
The Individual Giving and Engagement Team are looking for a hands-on fundraiser to deliver campaigns across supporter acquisition, retention and engagement.
The role is varied and fast paced. It will include project management of digital and offline campaigns, copywriting, KPI reporting and managing external and internal stakeholders.
