Information Security Analyst - (Part-Time, Job-Share and Full-Time)

Location: Swindon / Hybrid working from home

The opportunity: 

What you’ll love about your role in our Information Security team at Zurich.

We will support your ongoing development; we want to develop our own internal talent and prepare you for the next step.

You’ll be the ‘go-to’ person for the mitigation of any vulnerabilities for our software, computer systems and networks. You’ll then support the design and implementation of the best security solutions for our needs.

You will deliver data collection and analysis to enable our team to report security metrics to senior stakeholders.

You will support third party supplier assurance activities and make sure that our supply chain meets the security standards expected of them and any risk is reported.

You will support varied security initiatives and efforts to improve security at Zurich; this could be leading security awareness campaigns to provide subject matter expertise to members of the business.

This role is available part-time, job-share or full time. This is because we want the best people for our roles, and we recognise that sometimes those people aren’t available full-time. Please talk to us at the interview about the flexibility you may need.

Your skills and experience:

• We would expect you to have at least one of the following;

  • At least one years’ experience as an Information Security professional OR
  • Holding a qualification or certification in Information/Cyber Security OR
  • Demonstratable aptitude for learning or a passion for Information/Cyber Security.
  • • Ability to understand technical IT concepts

    • Excellent communication skills, being able to take part in meetings and provide expert advice.

    • Good listening and questioning skills.

    • Excellent analytical skills
