Interim HR Advisor Full or Part time

Elevation Recruitment Group are supporting one of our clients in Barnsley, looking to urgently appoint an Interim HR Advisor to join their manufacturing business. The role requires an immediate start, and for a period of 6 months in the first instance, but the role could become permanent for the right candidate. The client will also look at Part-time candidates who could then job share on a permanent basis.The role reports into the HR Manager and will provide advice and guidance on all aspects of HR including employee relations, grievance and disciplinaries, recruitment as well as responding to manager and employee HR queries. We are looking for someone who is able to hit the ground running with the confidence to quickly get up to speed with work with volumes and add value to the team.Particular projects will include:- Supporting managers with the full end to end recruitment process- Ability to deal with day to day HR issues from managers including ER issues, grievance, disciplinaries, performance issues- Provide additional support updating data on the system and HR administration - Coaching managers on employment policies and procedures and giving sound best practice advice, advising on risks to the businessWe are looking for someone with demonstrable HR experience who is immediately available and happy to commit to 6 months in the first instance. There will some travel in the role to local sites. You must be able to demonstrate confidence and a good team ethic.For more details please apply
