Title: INTERIM HR ADVISOR - PART TIMESalary: \u00A323,000 - \u00A324,000 Location: IMMINGHAMOVERVIEW:An experienced part time HR Advisor is required for a FTC job share until 31st December 2021 but with potential for a permanent appointment. 3 days pw plus some flexible working.THE ROLE: The role will form part of a job share initially on a FTC basis and offer 3 days per week and flexible working options for home\/office as well as a 9.\n\n30am start and 4.30pm finish. The role has potential to become permanent for the right person.-To provide day to day HR Support across the Group in relation to all HR Queries, Employee Benefits, Recruitment, Training and Development, Employee Relations and other administration for the Group employees in line with best practice and statutory obligations-Providing advice to Line Managers in relation to employee performance, conduct and absence management.\n\n-Manage employee relations casework including disciplinary, grievance and absence management-Liaise and assist line managers with all stages of the recruitment and selection process-Development and manage the VPI group apprentice and graduate scheme-Administration and co-ordination of the monthly payroll in conjunction with the finance department and the external payroll provider-Providing HR support training and Health and Safety as requiredA full job description of duties and responsibilities is availableTHE CANDIDATE:You are an experienced HR Advisor looking for a part time opportunity of 3 days per week and will enjoy the option of working 9.\n\n30am - 4.\n\n30pm with flexible home\/office working on offer.\n\nYou will need to have immediate availability or on short notice as the role is initially an interim and FTC basis.*CIPD with evidence of continuous professional development and good HR generalist experience*Experience in using HR Systems as well as a high standard of systems literacy including Microsoft Office*Self-motivated and able to work under own autonomy with excellent communication and problem solving skills*Good understanding of UK employment lawTHE COMPANY:My client operates in the energy sector and is based in the Immingham area.\n\nTHE BENEFITS:\u00A323,291 for 19.\n\n5 hours over 3 days per week.
