Interim HR Project Manager

Interim HR Project Manager/ Interim HR BP -part time 2 days per week/ must be fluent in German, £350 - £400 per day

Your new role
As Interim HR Project Manager, you will support the Head of HR in Germany with a variety of HR Project work including supporting the HR GDPR workstream to close any outstanding action items, gather input from other HR teams as well as external legal advice to design processes and set up underlying policies as well as supporting preparation, set up and documentation of works council consultation projects in Germany. You will also support on other ad hoc HR Projects.

What you'll need to succeed
CIPD qualified or equivalent, it is essential that you are fluent in German and have experience of conducting HR and works council consultations in German. You will have operated as an HR BP or HR Project Manager within a complex commercial environment. Experience of managing a GDPR project would be highly advantageous. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and commit to 2 days per week until the end of the year.
