Your new role
As Interim Recruitment Manager you will be hired as the first dedicated Recruitment Manager for this tech start up to manage executive direct hiring. You will hire for a variety of roles to enable the business hires exceptional talent to meet their projected business deliverables. You will write job descriptions, advertise vacancies and screen CVs as well as conduct interviews and manage the process through to offer stage.
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree qualified or with excellent academics
- Proven experience in a Tech start up
- Track record in direct hiring for Exec level positions (including niche specialist roles.
- Experience working alongside and reporting to C-Suite level individuals
- Able to do a 3 day per week contract, starting immediately
