We are a recruiter advertising on behalf of our client. We specialise in roles in Internal Communications that are open to some aspect of flexibility.
Our client is one of the world's largest engineering and design firms. They have been involved in almost every iconic structure on the London skyline and beyond. As such, their Digital Technology & IT function is at the heart of everything they do and is transforming the way they support the business.
They are therefore looking to hire an internal communications specialist to support the Digital and IT division, reporting to the CIO and into the Corporate Communications team.
The company's HQ is in London's West End and you will need to be at the office at least once a week but they are open to this role being based elsewhere in the UK at any of their hub offices from Bristol, Belfast, Cardiff and Edinburgh to Sheffield, Solihull, Winchester & York and a good number of places in between. They will also consider homeworking for part of the week, once you have built good working relationships with your stakholders.
You will be writing communications for employees in the Digital Technology division, and advising the CIO on relevant internal communications channels to ensure that his teams around the world and more widely around the business in other functions, understand the strategic direction and change. You will need to be very familiar with the range of Communication channels, a strong writer and able to build a reputation as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders within the business.
If you have have 6 or 7 years' experience in Internal and Corporate Communications, please get in touch.
