You will take ownership of managing both internal promotion opportunities across our Corporate and Public Sector Sales teams as well as some entry-level external recruitment. You’ll also be on hand to support other areas of recruitment as and when required. Within this varied role you’ll be managing the whole recruitment lifecycle from taking the role brief through to making the hire (which is always the best bit!)ResponsibilitiesTaking ownership of our internal promotions (Sales) and entry-level external hiring. This includes; managing stakeholder relationships, recruitment strategy and implementationManaging the end-to-end recruitment process which includes (but not limited to); attraction, screening, assessment, and offer managementBusiness partnering with hiring managers to understand their business areas and needs to provide solutionsMaintaining accuracy and quality of information entered on the recruitment tracker and Applicant Tracking System (Jobvite)Building excellent relationships with both internal and external candidates, ensuring a positive experience for allWhat we need from youA demonstrable passion for working within recruitment  Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain relationshipsAbility to manage sensitive situations and confidential informationHighly organised and resourceful, with the ability to multitask and prioritiseResults focused – able to deliver to deadlines and take accountability for workWork in a way that works for youWe recognise that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
