Part-Time Internal Recruiter
We are seeking a part-time Internal Recruiter to help grow our business further. An IT recruitment background is helpful.
This 360° role will see you owning different recruitment campaigns from end to end.
- End to end campaign management Understanding Ultima’s manager's requirements and advising on the best solution.
- Interviewing new and potential candidates by telephone, skype and face to face (once COVID restrictions are lifted) Delivering assessment centres.
- Screening and presenting a shortlist of candidates that match the brief Negotiating candidate contracts Arranging interviews and follow-up documentation Ensuring candidates are fully compliant, and that all necessary documents and certificates have been collected and verified Preparing candidate CVs and documents for submission.
- Character traits and professionalism are as important as skillset as you will be dealing with high calibre candidates and clients daily.
Key skills :
Have fantastic communication skills - written, spoken and listening.
Be extremely IT savvy - you’ll be working on ICIMS (ATS) that you must be keen to learn and embrace wholeheartedly
Excellent other IT skills; a good standard of MS Office knowledge is essential, Internet researching is important and previous use of job boards and social media will be useful (esp Linkedin).
Be confident in dealing with candidates and clients on the phone and face to face.
Be self-motivated, organised, efficient and professional.
Have a hands-on, "get things done" attitude.
Be able to multi-task effectively under pressure.
Always have the best interests of your candidates and clients at heart.
The role requires a minimum of 22.5 hours per week.
